Happy Halloween... Mwa ha ha ha ha...

My little witches... all decked out in their over-the-top witch costumes... This is what happens when two obsessive crafty moms get together to make a Halloween costume.... I call our combine efforts the "Thoroughly Fickle Pickle".... Thanks for all the help Stac!!!

Rae making her witch face...

Kairi and her always photogenic smile...
Kairi says she is the nice witch and Rae is a mean one.... judging by their faces that may be true. Not sure how accurate that is in real life though!

Houston...

So- apparently I have gotten too lazy to put my photography on my website... blogger is so much easier and faster. One of these days I will get ambitious and set up a blog for my pictures. Anyway-until then, my most recent shoot was 12-day-old Houston. Enjoy!!!

December 23rd

When we woke up in the morning, we took all the kids to see our horses and go on a quick ride. Xavi said "Blaze is the coolest horse. So we have to ride him." We also took a minute to take some wester pictures to surprise Kairi's grandma's for Christmas. What BEAUTIFUL kids we have... The STETSON MEN

THE RODEO QUEEN

THE AMERICAN INDIAN PRINCESS

The downside of the whole event was that like me, poor Miles is allergic to EVERYTHING. Within SECONDS of getting to the corral, Miles eye swelled SHUT!!! In a panic, I ran to get him some benadryl. The poor kid passed out for several hours, but it still took 24 hours for the swelling to go down!!!! What sleepover would be complete without some kind of battle wound though?!?!?

Family Pictures

We took some family pictures yesterday. We were able to get some cute shots of the girls, but it's more difficult than you might think to play the roles of photographer, mommy, husband-calmer-downer and child wrangler all at the same time. So I guess some good shots of us all together as a family are going to have to wait! SIGH!
