My dear, sweet, weird little Raegan. I am not even sure what to say about this post. How many 2-year-old little girls do you know that want one of these for Christmas?

Nope... she wants the real deal! If anyone asks her what she wants for Christmas, she will immediately answer "A donkey!"
Where she got this weird little present idea, I have no clue!
When she first told me, I said,"You mean like a donkey you can hug and take to bed?" assuming she wanted a new stuffed animal.
But with much frustration she answered," No! I want to ride it and I want it to say 'HEE-HAW!!'"
As if this random little story weren'y crazy enough... it gets better. We recently attended Brian's work Christmas party. We all went around and talked about what our kids had asked for for Christmas. Of course, there were plenty of video games, dolls, clothes, things you might see on most kids lists. Then, came my turn to tell everyone what my kids wanted. When I said my sweet, 2-year-old little daughter wanted a donkey and that I didn't think she needed one because we already had a jackass in the family, (nodding at Brian) of course I got a big laugh. But, Again, it gets better....One of the wives of Brian's co-workers approached me after the party and said," You know, Kim, my mom has a donkey that we have been trying to find a good home for... if you are at all interested!"
I could not help but laugh hysterically!!! It's random enough that my crazy little daughter asks for a donkey for Christmas, but then to have someone actually offer us one!!!! Who'd've thunk in a million years anyone would ever be looking for a good home for a donkey?!?!?!?!
Still trying to convince Brian that we should get it.... any help convincing would be much appreciated!!!
