Our little family decided to be proactive and run our first 5k together! YAY!!!
It was to benefit the Utah Adoption Exchange which helps children who are waiting in foster care to find a good family to adopt them... SO- it was a good cause that was pretty close to my heart.:)
Somehow- amazingly, we finished! YAY!
And we were all quite proud of our accomplishment!
Even Aunt Jenni and Aunt Lisa joined in the fun with us and they finished a lot faster than us! Good job ladies!!!
We sure are some tough chickies!!!!

You guys are awesome Kim! Did the kids actually run or were they in strollers?
We brought my jogging stroller, but believe it or not, the kids wanted to run most of the way! We ran a lot to get ready to do this. Rae has some pretty severe asthma, so it was so cute... she would have a hard time breathing, but would just keep on trucking and say "I'm tough... I'm tough!" with every little step. Sweet girl!
